Hi, I'm Olúbùkọnlá, Bhooki for short.

My love for pets and sewing started as a child, making scrunchies for family and friends. That passion grew into Bhooki, a small UK business creating handmade African print pet accessories for dogs and cats.

Every piece reflects personality, culture and the joy pets bring into our lives. Each collar, bandana, lead and bow tie is individually cut from authentic Ankara fabric, the same richly patterned cotton worn in West African fashion for generations, and handmade here in the UK. No two pieces are ever exactly alike.

Every design in the Bhooki collection is made from authentic Ankara fabric, the same richly patterned cotton worn in West African fashion for generations. Each piece is individually cut by hand in the UK, so no two collars, bandanas or leads are ever exactly alike. And every design is named with a West African name, because the culture behind the fabric matters as much as the colour.

This is Támìlọ́rẹ́, Tami for short.

Tami is our Shih Tzu mascot and the heart of Bhooki. Curious, confident and full of personality, she inspires every handmade pet accessory we create and wears every new collar before it reaches you.

From testing African print martingale collars to modelling our latest patterned bandanas and dog bow ties, Tami makes sure every Bhooki accessory made in the UK is as stylish, comfortable and durable as it looks.

She takes treats, naps and walk directions very seriously.
