We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at bhooki.official@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we will refund the purchase amount back to the account you used for payment. You will not receive a refund if the item does not pass the return inspection.

Ensure you include your order number, so we know who it's from!

Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed. You can always contact us for any return questions at bhooki.official@gmail.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We send replacements out free of charge once we have received back your incorrect item. Please send your order back to the address (we well email you this) including a note with your name, order number and your exchange request. 

Please keep an eye on your emails as we will email you if there are any issues with your exchange. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
