SHIPPING POLICY
We are a small team, but we do our best to send your order as soon as possible. We aim to dispatch orders within 3 -7 business days of purchase unless the item is on pre-order it will then be dispatched on the date specified on the product page.
Order Processing
Order processing takes place during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. Please allow 3 - 7 business days for processing. Orders received after 2PM will begin being processed the following business day.
Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
If you need assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at bhooki.official@gmail.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
Shipping
All parcels are shipped with tracking, encouraging safe delivery. The cost is dependant on the destination, delivery speed and the weight of the parcel the weight of the parcel is calculated at checkout. Regardless of the delivery option, all orders require up to 10 business days to be processed for dispatch.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We cannot accept any responsibility for any delay/loss where an incorrect address is given, the recipient has missed delivery or vat taxes are left unpaid. Should your parcel go missing because the address is incorrect or is undeliverable, we will do our best to track it down, but no compensation will be given unless / until the parcel is returned to us by the courier as non-deliverable. There is a handling fee for parcels returned due to an incorrect address or uncollected parcel, the fee will be passed onto the original card holder.
